The Process
Sessions are conducted one-on-one by video, so you can work with me from anywhere in the United States. This is personalized coaching — not a prerecorded, one-size-fits-all program. Every plan is built around who you are and what you are navigating.
Weeks 1–3
Regulate your nervous system, establish daily anchors, and create a sense of safety and stability before anything else.
Weeks 4–6
Audit your identity, recognize patterns, and get clear on what actually matters to you now — not what used to.
Weeks 7–9
Set boundaries, build aligned routines, rewrite the narratives that no longer serve you, and develop self-trust.
Weeks 10–12
Take aligned action, expand your capacity, and step fully into your next chapter with direction and confidence.
The framework is called The Next Chapter Method. It uses both structure and intuition — not one or the other.
The Difference
This is not generic motivation. There are no affirmations taped to your mirror, no worksheets about "manifesting your dream life," and no pretending that thinking positively will rebuild your identity.
This is structured coaching built around who you actually are. It combines the discipline of a nearly 30-year career in fitness, coaching, leadership, and personal development with the honesty of someone who has rebuilt his own life more than once. You get a framework. You get a plan. And you get straight answers.
The relationship between identity, confidence, habits, physical well-being, purpose, and action is real. Most coaching addresses one of those. This addresses how they connect — because that is where actual change happens.
The Service
Personal development coaching is a structured, one-on-one partnership focused on helping you understand where you are, clarify what matters now, and take action toward the life you actually want.
It is not therapy. It is not motivational speaking. It is a process — one that respects what you have already built and helps you figure out what comes next. Sessions are conducted by video, so you can work with me from anywhere in the United States.
The Approach
Your mind, your emotions, and your body are not separate systems. When one is depleted, the others follow. When you rebuild one, the others get stronger too.
That is why this work addresses all three — not because you need to become a different person, but because you need all of yourself to build what is next. Some clients want fitness training as part of that process. Many do not. You decide.
For Women
Maybe your body is changing in ways no one prepared you for. Maybe your kids need you differently now — or not at all — and the quiet has left you wondering who you are without that role.
Maybe a relationship has shifted or ended. Maybe a career you built no longer fits. Maybe you have spent so long prioritizing everyone else that you have lost track of what you actually want.
None of that means something is wrong with you. It means you are in a transition — and transitions are easier to navigate with someone who has helped people through them before. Tell me what you are working through.
For Men
Maybe a career change, a financial hit, a relationship ending, or a shift in your health has changed how you see yourself. Maybe you do not feel as sharp, as strong, or as certain as you used to — and you are not sure how to get that back.
Maybe fatherhood looks different now. Maybe the version of success you built your life around does not fit anymore. Maybe you are questioning whether what you have built is what you actually wanted.
That is not a crisis. That is a crossroads — and it is a lot easier to navigate with someone who has been at that intersection and found his way forward. Start the conversation.
What You May Gain
Clients who commit to the process often report:
I cannot guarantee specific outcomes — personal, emotional, financial, physical, relationship, or career. What I can tell you is that the work is real, the framework is proven, and I will be honest with you every step of the way.
Questions
Personal development coaching focuses on identity, confidence, purpose, and direction. Fitness coaching is a separate service that uses physical training as a tool for building discipline and capability. Some clients want both. Many do not. You do not need to purchase fitness coaching to work with me on personal development.
The Next Chapter Method is structured as a 12-week framework across four phases. Some clients complete it in 6 weeks as an intensive. Others move at their own pace. The structure is a guide, not a rigid schedule — it adapts to your season and your readiness.
That is exactly where most of my clients start. You do not need a clear plan to begin. The first two phases of the method are designed to help you figure that out — before you are asked to make decisions about what comes next.
Most of my clients are between 40 and 65, but I do not turn people away based on age. The work is designed for adults navigating significant life transitions and identity shifts, which tend to cluster in midlife — but the framework applies at any age where those themes are present.
That is common. A lot of my clients have been through therapy, other coaching, or self-help programs before. This is different because it is not generic motivation and it is not a prerecorded course. It is one-on-one, personalized, and built around who you actually are — not a template.
No. Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. Therapy addresses mental health conditions, past trauma, and clinical concerns. If you are dealing with a mental health condition, I will encourage you to work with a licensed therapist. Many of my clients do both, and the two serve different purposes.
Fill out the questionnaire. I will read it and reach out within 24 hours to schedule a Debrief call. No pitch, no pressure — just a straight conversation about what your next chapter looks like.
